2 of the Teacher Appreciation Cards
I already showed the bags that were made for the Teacher’s Appreciation gift. I am going to try to group the cards that were made and put inside.
These two I made specifically because they helped showcase the school colors, and matched the bags!

Hehehe…. does this card look a little familar? I told you before that I loved this layout!
spring butterflies
I just realized that one of the last stamp a stack cards I made I never posted. I wanted to use the ScorePal befor the Diagnal came out. (Yes, it has been that long since my last event. Got to love weekend sporting events!)
Anyways, I love the spring colors, and what yells spring more than butterflies and flowers!
Up, Up, and Away…Love this set
I have to say I love the versatility of this stamp set. I have made masculine, children’s birthday, seasonal, and misc. cards using this stamp set. I adore a set when I am not limited to the different opportunities to use it. Esp. having two boys I have more than enough floral stamp sets!
I was inspired by the color combo from The Paper Players
I recently have needed some cards for different occassions, and having this one will help restock my emergency card pile.
Spring Color Challenge
It felt good this weekend to do a challenge, as it has been awhile since I have completed one in time for it to be posted as part of a challenge!
This card was inspired by the Pals Paper Arts Challenge:
Upcoming SAS card
I have to say I feel out of whack with making SAS (Stamp a Stack) cards lately. I have one coming up and wanted to try to showcase not only items from the new Occassions mini but also from the SAB catalog.
- So this card I use the DSP from the SAB catalog, as well as the floral punch and Mixed Bunches Stamp set.
- I made a point to continue the distressed coloring around the edges of the DSP by sponging Soft Suede around the two cut edges.
- The Embossed top portion seemed to need something so I also took the sponge and lightly ran it over the top using Poppy Parade to help color the embossed portions. I love this effect!
- The Flower is two layers of the punch. One in Poppy Parade and the other is in Vanilla with the image from Mixed Bunched in Poppy Parade. The imaged punch is also lightly sponged with both Soft Suede and Poppy Parade
- Add the center of the flower, a brad and a little ribbon and the card is completed!
