Color sketched birthday
My mother in law has a birthday this month. I saw the color challenge from Create with Connie and Mary, and thought floral.
I then saw the sketch from Try Stamping on Tuesday and thought I could use this for her!
My results:
sketchy birthday
Mojo Monday had a fun sketch.
My version:
I wanted to use the DSP from SAB since I just love the endless possible combinations. I also LOVE the new pleated ribbon. So I wanted to make certain to use that as well…even it is just a little bit!
Birthday Challenge
So, many of you may have guessed that I have to have a lot of different birthday cards for children. So, when I saw the challenge for Sunny Challenge & Creations this week, I knew that I had to participate. Not only do I have stuff to make the card, but I know it will be used this year!
Not only it is a sketch challenge, but a Themed one!!!
My version fits girl or boy
Birthday Blues???
Okay, so maybe not the best title.
Pals Paper Arts sketch challenge
Meets ColourQ weekly colors:
The funny thing was when I first saw this set in the Mini I wasn’t certain about it. Now I use it at least once a week in some way shape or form. It is on another card I made this weekend also, but as an accent piece.
Birthday challenged sketch
Last week for Friday Mashup Challenge it was to use Pastels and a Birthday Theme.
Stamping 411 had a great sketch… with a banner that helped inspire a birthday card.
I added pearl accents since the pastels were so soft in feel that I wanted to keep with that in the embellishments. I used Versa Mark, then applied the pastels over top to stay.
